Tonekeys app service terms. Apple’s Standard EULA applies to the App Store app license unless a custom EULA is supplied through App Store Connect. This draft is not yet effective.
1. About Tonekeys
Tonekeys helps convert songs into piano sheet music. It is published by PeakClix LLC, 1207 DELAWARE AVE, WILMINGTON, DE 19806, United States. Contact us at contact@peakclix.com or +1 (302) 360-6267.
2. App license and permitted use
The application license is governed by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement unless a custom EULA is supplied through App Store Connect. These terms address the Tonekeys service and do not replace mandatory App Store terms or consumer rights.
Use Tonekeys lawfully. Do not disrupt the service, bypass access controls, distribute malicious files, or use another person’s information or content without appropriate authorization.
3. Songs, sheet music, and rights
You are responsible for having the rights or other lawful permission needed to process any song or recording you use with Tonekeys. Converting a song does not grant rights in the underlying composition, recording, or third-party material.
Any sharing, performance, publication, or commercial use of generated sheet music must respect applicable copyright and other rights. Tonekeys does not grant permission on behalf of music rights holders.
4. Transcription results
Conversion results may contain mistakes, omissions, or musical interpretations that differ from the original song. Review and edit the sheet music before relying on it for practice, performance, teaching, or publication. We do not guarantee note-for-note accuracy for every recording.
5. Paid subscriptions and free trials
Tonekeys offers paid subscriptions and a free trial. The available features, subscription price, billing period, trial duration, eligibility, and any charge after the trial are shown in the app and Apple’s purchase confirmation before you subscribe. Availability and offers may vary.
Purchases made through Apple are billed to your Apple Account. For an auto-renewing plan, your subscription renews at the stated price unless you cancel before renewal. A subscription trial can convert to a paid subscription unless canceled; Apple advises canceling at least 24 hours before a trial ends if you do not want to renew.
Manage or cancel an Apple-billed subscription in iPhone Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions. Deleting Tonekeys does not cancel a subscription. Access after cancellation follows the subscription terms shown by Apple.
For purchase access issues, contact our support team. Refund requests for Apple-billed purchases are handled through Apple’s refund process and are subject to applicable eligibility rules and consumer rights.
6. Privacy
Tonekeys has its own privacy policy at /tonekeys/privacy. It must describe song processing, third-party services, and other actual app data practices. The agency website’s privacy policy does not replace that app policy. The app policy is still being finalized in this draft.
7. Availability and changes
Features may evolve, and service availability may be affected by maintenance, device compatibility, or third-party dependencies. Changes affecting a paid subscription must respect the purchase terms and applicable consumer rights.
These terms do not exclude legal rights or responsibilities that cannot be excluded. Apple’s applicable license provisions and mandatory consumer protections continue to apply.
8. Contact and updates
For support or questions about these terms, email contact@peakclix.com with Tonekeys in the subject line. An updated version of these terms will show its effective date once finalized. This draft is not an effective agreement.
